I would like to thank Arnaud for his attentiveness, his advice and his professionalism during my purchase of a Mini Cooper C in August. He was able to respond perfectly to my request and made sure to be available at all times until the delivery of the car. Due to a delay in delivery, beyond the control of the dealership, Arnaud even worked to ensure that I could exceptionally benefit from a car loan in the meantime. This first experience with Mini Envergure was perfect thanks to him!

I visited the Mini Countryman in anticipation of a lease agreement as part of my vehicle change. Being used to buying recently used cars, I turned to the used car team, who transparently directed me to the new car department, specifying that the conditions were better for my search (much appreciated). So I met Arnaud, who did an exceptional job: - Loan car to test the model - Understanding our needs - Searching for a vehicle in the car park - Timetable adhered to - Regular and high-quality communication The vehicle was delivered this weekend. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the overall service.

My experience returning my Mini: the appraiser told me I had nothing to pay and that the vehicle was in normal wear and tear for 3 years with 23,000 kilometers on a 45,000-kilometer lease. He made me sign the report without letting me read it and assured me that everything was fine. When I got home, I received the report indicating a bill for over €1,000. I immediately called the appraiser back, who promised me I wouldn't have to pay anything, especially since my mileage was very low. I also notified Mini, telling me they would work it out without any problem. A week later, I received an email from BMW Finance telling me I had to pay the bill, without any possible goodwill gesture. Fraudulent method! A disgrace! I do not recommend it at all!

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
