But what speaks incredibly well of them is that I fell from the bike, there was a small damage to the brake and they have not charged me anything.

We rented bikes 2 days in a row. Excellent customer service. The new locally manufactured E-bikes with automatic gears rode like a dream!

Suggestion to have self service return so I can see the sunset at Dune du Pilat!? 😃
Bike was simple and good. A bit too small pedaling radius but it was ok. Basket on side is flimsy but ok for non heavy stuff. Chain jumped off one time but was easy to get back on again.

i want to recommend this shop to all tourists in Arcachon! the bike was of good quality, the shop assistant very friendly and the whole renting procedure lasted 2 Minutes! if one takes an insurance for only 2 Euro, there is no hassle about a safety deposit! so easy!
(i was at another bike rental the previos day and I was told to give a 250 euro deposit which I would get back after a week or so! plus bikes with a gear costed more )
