We had a fantastic experience with Colmar Bike Tours. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, informative, resourceful, and exceptional! We had a scheduled pick-up time for our bikes, and they were ready before that time. This company stands behind their word and work ethic. The e-bikes were in excellent condition, comfortable, and the batteries lasted for a great amount of time. The entire experience was simply amazing. It was a great experience — everything was super convenient and the rental process was very quick. The bikes were excellent, and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We made a loop ride to Kaiserslersch and beyond — the views were absolutely stunning. On the way, my wife fell and injured her hands a bit, and the bike seat got slightly damaged. When we returned the bikes and told the manager what happened, he immediately offered first aid supplies and didn’t even charge us for the damaged seat. Truly amazing service — we’re absolutely delighted! Huge thanks for everything!

Very friendly service, boss man speaks very good English. The e-bikes were well maintained and fast, breaks were excellent and the rear-mounted bags were large enough to fit our extra clothes and water. I don't understand the people that say they had problems because everything is explained at the start, seems like some people just don't listen (going by the issues listed in negative reviews). The battery is enough to circle all of the nearby villages even at full power and arrive back at Colmar. We paid 45€ per e-bike for the full day, which is a fairly common price. No deposit required. Phone mounts and helmets are available.

Wow we just had a great time! We have rented two ebikes for a day and did a circle, visiting Kaysersberg and nearby small villages. The bikes were strong and high quality. We had no problems with them. The service is exceptional, they are very helpful. Thank you!

We took a bike tour from Colmar to Eguisheim (and back to Colmar) with Louis this summer. It was our first bike tour, and the other guests were very experienced riders, so we were a little nervous. Louis was a very patient, helpful, and friendly guide, as were the other tour members. We enjoyed seeing the countryside of Alsace from different perspectives. Louis made several stops along the way where we could appreciate the views. (We even saw storks!) He encouraged and answered all questions along the way. The ride was easy, the bikes were in great shape, and the route felt very safe. I can't wait until we can come back and do a longer tour with Louis.
