A shop with beautiful, high-quality bikes where you receive excellent advice from a friendly and attentive team of specialists. I bought my road bike, my son's, then my electric road bike, and their accessories. Always a pleasure and great advice. I highly recommend it! Well done to the whole team!

I bought an ORBEA a while ago:
Delivery in less than two weeks: no marks or scratches on the frame.
The equipment is really well made; after 300 km I haven't encountered any problems – assembly was perfectly done, as were the adjustments.
The staff didn't pressure me to buy anything:
That's almost the only downside: I didn't know you could upgrade to more effective brakes, and I regret it now; the brakes are really flimsy... but it's not their fault, it's the brand's design.
The advice was sound, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I called the store this morning to purchase a 26-inch children's bike, in this case a Cube 260. I spoke to a very, very unpleasant, and impolite, female representative on the phone.
I kindly asked for this bike to be sent, as my home is 500 km away. I was met with a categorical refusal and words unworthy of a retailer, despite my explanations stating that I am the same customer going there or receiving the bike by courier.
It's a shame for this brand that didn't ensure a minimum of constructive dialogue with a potential customer.
So, for me, RUN AWAY.

I go to the shop to ask how much a small bike repair costs, and they tell me €15-20. I think, okay, normal price. I leave the bike. When I come back to pick it up, surprise: €50 😁🤣 Okay, it's a professional shop, let's go. I pay €50 and go inside. As I ride, I feel like it's not really any better... I check the wheel: it's not really straight. I go back to the shop and ask the mechanic if that's normal. He replies: to do better than that, you have to pay more 😁🤣 A true French comedy.
You should be ashamed of answers like that.
If I said I paid €50, that means I really paid €50. I'm not the kind of person to lie.
You took €41.79 plus €8 for the brake pads that I had already paid for the first time. And you included them in the price, so 41.79 + 8 = 49.79€.
Yes, sorry, I was off by 0.21€.
And if your employee says the price is 15 to 20€, then it's 15 to 20€.
But if the price increases, you have to contact the customer and get their agreement. I think that's how it's done, do you agree with me?
