I rang the shop this morning to buy a 26-inch children’s bike – a Cube 260, to be precise – and spoke to a woman on the phone who was very, very unpleasant and, on top of that, rude. I had politely asked for the bike to be posted, as I live 500 km away, but I was met with a categorical refusal and language unworthy of a retailer, despite my explanations that I am the same customer whether I come to the shop in person or have the bike delivered by a courier. It’s a shame for this company that it failed to ensure even a minimum of constructive dialogue with a potential customer So, in my opinion, steer well clear
