I bought a Raymon bike a month ago and I'm leaving a review because I'm delighted. I was looking at other brands, but my budget was a bit tight. The salesperson recommended this brand, which I wasn't familiar with, and I must admit that the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this store.

I bought my bike new from Culture Vélo Colomiers four years ago. It's barely been used, about fifty times at most, and has always been stored in a dry place, away from the cold. After a few rides, a problem appeared with the crankset. I brought it back the first time: the mechanic told me it was just a screw that needed tightening. After 30 minutes of riding, the problem returned. I brought it back a second time: this time, they replaced several parts (chain, etc.) and presented me with a hefty bill. They also took the opportunity to fit me with bigger tires. The result: the crankset problem still hasn't been fixed, the brakes barely stop, the gear selector removed, and since changing the tires, I've had to replace the inner tubes five times. As advised another customer in a previous review, I'm going to "check out the competition" for another opinion. So I decided to go to Décathlon: in ten minutes, two different mechanics gave exactly the same diagnosis—completely different from Culture Vélo's, and above all, much more logical. Their quote was half the price for twice as many parts to replace. Look for the expert's mistake! When I went back to see the mechanic to explain all this, he simply told me to "put up a Google review" and that we'd have to have an appraisal done. Maybe he wasn't a bike expert the first two times? In short, Culture Vélo Colomiers is only expert in name: lack of skill, no customer service, and zero accountability. I strongly advise against it. I can't wait to read your response—surely more thorough than your repairs. Maybe online, you'll finally be experts somewhere. After all, responding from behind a screen seems easier for you than looking a customer in the eye.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
