I went there to rent an electric bike, it was really great and almost new. I was really welcomed, the person who ran the shop was very nice, adjusted the bike well and explained everything, and even gave me the charger in case I broke down. The hardest part was pedaling.... I'll go back there the next time we want to go for a walk!

While passing through Villefranche for a few days, I noticed a problem with the rear derailleur on my time trial bike a few days before a triathlon. Not knowing the bike shops in the area, I went to the shop closest to my family home. It was a good move :) After a quick explanation, the shop manager agreed to let me bring my bike into the workshop to analyze the problem. The bike is equipped with a Sram Red connected to a BlipBox that controls the four inputs for shifting. Yes, a time trial in Villefranche is pretty rare, I think!! After a few checks on the operating principle, he set off to adjust my derailleur. Quickly, he took out a magician's tool that allows him to check the alignment of the derailleur hanger... BINGO... The hanger is slightly bent, which is causing the gears to shift poorly and the constant noise. A few minutes later, after a slight adjustment, we found the gears shifting smoothly again. Without looking at the time, the owner decided to check the front derailleur ;) Thank you, D-Cycles, for taking an hour out of your schedule so that these weeks of intense training and your expertise allowed me to cross the finish line 5 hours and 32 minutes after the starting bell!! I highly recommend this bike shop!! Sure, it's a small shop with the bare minimum of accessories, but it has everything you need! A few road bikes, mountain bikes, and electric bikes, but a character who is always ready to serve his customers, even strangers!!! Thank you again for your help!

I don't understand, the store is closed and the window says (clearance and for rent). I went there very recently. Is it closing permanently?

I arrived at the store at 5:45 pm with a broken spoke on my rear wheel. My wheel was repaired immediately. I also thought my rear tire was worn. The mechanic told me it could last a while longer. He didn't push me to buy more fuel. I should add that the bill was more than reasonable. I'll be back.

Top-notch shop. The mechanic helped me out when I arrived at the shop at 5:30 p.m. after 3 days of traveling with a damaged derailleur. I left with a straightened derailleur hanger and a perfect adjustment, I was able to finish my trip to Toulouse in the two days I had left to ride. Thanks to him.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
