I was happy with their service until I needed their SAV for an in-house bike. The device was broken after 2 weeks and they did not allowed me to return the device since it was broken. Something internally was not working and it must have been faulty even before I buy it. After 4 months it is still with me and waiting for someone to fix it. I have contacted them multiple times and the only thing that they say is to wait for someone to contact you. When I bought, their promise was 365 days to return if not satisfied. But this is not true if they sell you a broken device.

This is the first time we we're not allowed to bring a dog to a Decathlon store. It is forbidden. But they are selling dog stuff - funny.
