Had a great time renting a bike on my own and exploring some trails during a short period of downtime between hikes. Catherine and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, recommending trails and even lent me a small backpack since my water bottle didn't fit in the holder on the bike. Bonus: very cute shop dog 😍

Great experience, very informative and friendly staff. Best way to explore miles of Chamonix in a shorter amount of time, with more freedom than walking and less hassle than a car. They suggested the (free) Loopi app which shows all the bike routes and points of interest. Website is helpful for type selection. 15km easily in a few hours with electric MTB on a mix of gravel, dirt, and streets. High quality bikes and service.

Great experience from start to finish. Mike is a very friendly guy and made the rental process very easy. Located in a great spot, enabled us to get straight onto the trails. The bikes we rode were very nice. Mike also helped us with the best trails suited to our levels of riding. Would happily book here again, thank you

I highly recommend Chamonix e-bikes. We had a terrific ride around the town, along the river and through forests on trails recommended by the guide. The bikes were excellent and well maintained. We lucked out with very good weather to enjoy this beautiful place.

Had an excellent experience renting here. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful tips that made the ride even better. The bikes themselves were top notch and handled the mountain trails perfectly. The shop’s location in town is really convenient, making pickup and return hassle-free. It was my first time renting an e-MTB in the mountains, and it won’t be the last – such a blast. Give it a try if you’re in the area!
