We hired bikes for a day to cycle around Lake Annecy. The booking process was very easy and Guillaume was really helpful. My husband hired an E-bike, which he was really happy with. My 10 year old loved his mountain bike and my daughter and I had a lot of fun with our traditional bikes. Our day around the lake was brilliant! Stunning scenery and just one challenging hill but not too long and was a small walk when the younger legs found it got too much.

We had a GREAT experience renting e-bikes here today. The bikes were in excellent condition and the staff were knowledgeable, kind, and flexible about return time. They even had great gear for the 18 month old baby in our group. The pricing was also the best we found in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing! Having the cargo bike meant we could explore with our dog. Service was excellent, with clear explanations and advice. Bikes were high quality and fun to ride. I’d highly recommended hiring bikes here. Hopefully we will return.

Kind people and the longtails are good bikes, but they need to adjust their opening times on Google: only open until 6pm!

Great bike rental service provided overall. From flexibility when we had to change our original booking due to rescheduling of another activity, upgrading our bikes on the day as we'd ordered the wrong ones and honouring an online promo code on the day. Highly recommend them. MERCI BEAUCOUP.
