Amazing service by amazing people. Had a lovely time with my family on bikes. Had a couple of requesters which were handled super fast with zero questions and hesitation. We were provided with numerous advices, adjusted baby chairs, chargers, helmets and so on. Overall super friendly atmosphere and great selection of bikes. Huge kudos for the professionalism. One of the warmest memories from our trip!

We hired bikes for a day to cycle around Lake Annecy. The booking process was very easy and Guillaume was really helpful. My husband hired an E-bike, which he was really happy with. My 10 year old loved his mountain bike and my daughter and I had a lot of fun with our traditional bikes. Our day around the lake was brilliant! Stunning scenery and just one challenging hill but not too long and was a small walk when the younger legs found it got too much.
