I stopped by to buy a chainsaw chain, then asked for my old one to be sharpened right away... no problem. By the time I went shopping, the new one was "made" and the old one was ready to go. Kudos to the team for their responsiveness and professionalism. The welcome was also pleasant.

I am not a customer at Équip’ Jardin, but while passing by with my supermarket mower, I had the opportunity to speak with the workshop manager. Even without being a customer, he took the time to advise me on a possible breakdown and give me good advice. He is someone direct, a little boorish, but very professional, which is becoming rare these days. A very nice surprise!”

My blade broke on a supermarket clipper. The team made me feel very welcome. The gentleman from the workshop took the time to look at my mower which was in my car to advise me and he even screwed the broken blade which was stuck. A wonderful team who listens and provides very good advice. I highly recommend it. I am even sad to have bought my mower in a supermarket and not to have bought it from them. Thank you very much to them, and I will come back.
