A pleasant place with good advice. They don't push you to spend money unnecessarily, but rather according to your actual needs. The staff is friendly and professional; I recommend it!

If I can give it two zeros. Unfriendly, clearly annoyed at having to help, I strongly advise against it; avoid this person, not a professional, just for a vehicle registration document. I did it online, it took me less than 10 minutes, he told me it wouldn't go through. Grumpy old man. Not cut out for business, but for being a prison guard, and even then... USELESS.

I called for a simple inquiry: the response was curt and cold, tinged with condescending irony, and inappropriate for a shopkeeper (okay, it's true that in Châteauroux, it's a regular occurrence, but at this level, it reaches new heights - read their responses to the comments here, it'll give you an idea of the level... with threats, please!). In short, no friendliness, no business sense. I didn't even have time to explain the breakdown or give details to get a price range. Clearly, my contact had other fish to fry, and repairing a bike I didn't buy from them probably didn't generate enough revenue to merit the slightest interest. When you constantly boast about your turnover and professionalism... you should know the definition of it.
PS: This is the second time I've called for information. And I see that nothing has changed. Last time, for a flat tire, I was told €50 for the repair and I had to wait 4 days (done at a competitor further away for €20 in 30 minutes between two more important repairs instead of a coffee break lol).

It seems like he's bothered by helping us and informing us about a simple vehicle registration document; avoid him, he apparently doesn't want any revenue.
