This morning, determined to buy a €1,000 grinder, I went to the competition after asking advice from an unwelcoming employee at the dedicated counter, who didn't care. He left me waiting without anyone arriving...

A store known for its deplorable service, especially regarding after-sales service.
I went to this store for the fence battery warranty. I traveled 40 km to get there, seeing as Espace Émeraude Baugé no longer exists. I waited over 20 minutes at the reception desk, told to go to the counter, and once there, I barely received any consideration from an employee who was there to see me but who literally left me waiting... When the gentleman agreed to take care of me, without any politeness, asking me if the battery was charged, and telling him yes, he told me that it was the solar panel that powers the battery that was defective... too bad for him, my solar panel was serviced, tested, and he was not the problem at all. The gentleman, standing more than 2 meters away from me without even taking the time to do anything, maintained his diagnosis. So I told him that I have the receipt and that the battery had already been changed. He maintains that the warranty on this one has expired, but it starts again from the exchange date. He has the nerve to tell me that he's never seen anything like this and that it works like this nowhere! Sir, send back the laws! Or hire less uneducated people!
So I ask to see a manager, and again they make fun of me and say that this one is in a meeting... I'm introduced to another employee who maintains the same thing, I tell him that the law says otherwise, but nothing works! So I give up and write to the head office, giving them 5 days to do something! I hope a solution presents itself to me within this time frame, because you can be sure that I'm not going to stop there! A complaint will be filed with the police, with the consumer law, and given the number of negative comments regarding the after-sales service, I'll have no trouble getting testimonials from people! No one is above the law, you know that!

I dropped off my log splitter at the beginning of July and it still hasn't been repaired. I bought it in May of this year. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, they don't answer. I'm very disappointed with their after-sales service and I still don't have it. I don't recommend this store. It's in the wrong place.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
