Visited in summer - Mountain biking activities
Location: At the foot of the resort, this store is ideal for finding your equipment, whether to buy or rent it.
Reception: We arrived late (10:30 a.m.), many rental accessories were no longer available, and yet the super-friendly salesperson found a solution... Phew! We rented a chest protector and a full-face helmet.
Price: Very reasonable in our case. Just for the protection rental.
Staff: Very professional, attentive. We had a small issue with the chest protector, and the staff found a solution.
Location: Very nice store, accessories, clothing, bikes, and even... a restaurant and refreshment area. A great way to end the day.
In conclusion: Don't hesitate. Professionals.

Very attentive and pleasant. They provided us with a solution for going down with a 4-year-old child, which other rental companies don't offer. Great rental and descent experience. I recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I went to see them to have my shock absorber cartridge tightened. They did it, but the following week the same thing happened again: my cartridge came loose (a known problem with this shock). So I went back and asked them to tighten my shock with a strap wrench. The mechanic told me it absolutely had to be removed from the bike to tighten it, to which I replied that no, his colleague had done it the week before without removing it. He argued with me and decided to remove it anyway. One of the screws was supposedly seized, so he stripped the screw head and tried to reshape it with a Torx socket, but he never succeeded. Meanwhile, his colleague came over to my bike and fiddled with my derailleur adjustment. I explained clearly and politely that I wasn't there for that (I'd been waiting for almost an hour!). After a while, he realized it was possible to tighten it without removing it from the bike! He suggested using Loctite, to which I agreed. He then started unscrewing the cartridge on the bike. He had forgotten to deflate the tire; you can imagine the explosion that produced. He finally tightened it and gave me back my bike. When it came time to pay, he charged me for a derailleur adjustment I hadn't requested, and for the time he spent on it (I hadn't asked for a derailleur adjustment at all!). And on top of that, the derailleur was even worse adjusted than before! At the same time, I went back to see him to ask him to find me a screw, but he refused. I had to order one from the manufacturer, which cost me an extra €60! Dishonest mechanic and shoddy workmanship. I absolutely do not recommend this repairman!
(And by the way, it took me 30 seconds to remove that screw cleanly, lying on the floor at night with a Torx wrench and a hammer!!!)

During the first rental, the derailleur was poorly adjusted.
Then, a friend brought in an enduro mountain bike for repairs: the mechanic damaged the screw head and refused to replace it or offer any compensation. He even charged for a derailleur adjustment that hadn't been requested.
For the second rental, the bike we were renting was already being rented to someone else. As a result, we had to take another one, which had an underinflated tire.
I do not recommend this place.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price.
Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
