Facile Vélo is the place to stop for many reasons: • Repairs • Advice on a new bike, upgrades for your existing one, or new and/or upgraded accessories • Wide selection of bikes, parts, and accessories • Friendly welcome and service by Alex By now, I’ve visited the shop multiple times, including for a couple of service jobs on my gravel and MTB bikes. I left happy each time. The shop is conveniently located on the way in or out of Foix—just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a 5-minute walk from the center of Foix. There are some parking spaces just outside the shop if you’re traveling by car, and it’s easy to find nearby parking as well. Inside, there’s plenty of room to bring in your bike for a chat or a tune-up. The product selection is well-balanced to cater to avid commuters, weekend riders, and more regular cyclists. Don’t hesitate to inquire with Alex about anything you don’t see in the shop; he’s always happy to look into ordering items you’re interested in. In the right wing of the building, there’s an associative space well-equipped with “old and used bike parts” where multiple workshops are held for bike maintenance. The space is also open on certain dates for drop-in sessions where you can bring your own bike. I highly recommend a visit for any of the above reasons—or simply to check it out yourself!

I am one of those customers who likes to buy things I am not sure I need and very frustrating for shop owners, However, Alex is always super patient with me in the past, and he will go out of his way to help me find what I want, with out being pushy like in other bike shops. Relaxed and professional service with an excellent choice of parts and bikes. I went in recently to buy something I actually needed and he had it, despite it not being a common part! Thanks Alex

I needed brake pads, a rim tape and a rimtape and everything was directly available. After changing the brake pads, I had to bleed both brakes with a funnel, as I was just passing through, I didn't have such special tools with me. Luckily I was allowed to borrow the tools from the workshop and had great days on the trails around Foix afterwards. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, GREAT SERVICE!!!

Alex was attentive from the start. He prepared my bike during the day, and after a first test ride, I went back to ask lots of questions (I'm completely new to the world of cycling). He took the time to explain everything to me, without ever being condescending. On the contrary, he was very educational and caring. How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
