Michael and I took the bikes in Rennes and returned them 3 days later in Saint Malo. Needless to mention, the landscape along the Rance canal was an absolute dream. The bikes were excellent (one pedal assisted and one gravel). The super professional and kind service offered by Clothilde was outstanding. Every question replied almost immediately and explanations about the bikes helped our bike journey. The fact we could leave the bikes in Saint Malo made all the difference. We rented a cargo bike from FenX Mobility for our wedding weekend. As cycling enthusiasts, we wanted a wedding outing that reflected our passion (the groom taking the bride on a ride). The team was very friendly and helpful, readily answering our questions (for example, providing a diagram of the bike to help the florists prepare for its decoration).
