Michael and I took the bikes in Rennes and returned them 3 days later in Saint Malo. Needless to mention, the landscape along the Rance canal was an absolute dream. The bikes were excellent (one pedal assisted and one gravel). The super professional and kind service offered by Clothilde was outstanding. Every question replied almost immediately and explanations about the bikes helped our bike journey. The fact we could leave the bikes in Saint Malo made all the difference. We rented a cargo bike from FenX Mobilty for our wedding weekend. As cycling enthusiasts, we wanted the wedding party to showcase this passion (the groom taking the bride on the bike). The team was very friendly and available to answer our questions (e.g., a map of the bike to prepare for the florists' decorating needs). Upon delivery, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to use it to avoid any unpleasant surprises. We are therefore completely satisfied with our rental.

We spent 4 unforgettable days traveling the roads and paths from Rennes to St Nazaire along the Vilaine and then the coast... 270 km of happiness thanks to the super-efficient bike. The battery lasts more than 100 km without any problem and the odometer is great! The bike was new. Really thank you for your availability and your kindness. We are delighted.

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
For your added convenience, we offer a delivery option for all our equipment. When you book your equipment online, you can choose the delivery date and time that suits you best. Delivery charges are based on the distance between our store and the delivery address you provide. See the price list below for details. We do not currently offer in-store pick-up.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
Some of the equipment we rent out is covered automatically for the duration of your rental. Insurance is included in the rental price, and you don't need to pay any additional insurance fees.
