After two hours, as she was having some difficulty, I went back to the shop and asked if shorter skis might be a better fit.
Not convinced, the owner, Jérôme, kindly offered to accompany me with some shorter skis so she could try them. He also gave her some technical advice on the trail and then left on her own, resuming her longer skis. Extremely convenient! Excellent customer service. They really listened to my needs. Thank you so much!
