Fantastic service - road bike had been quite damaged in a race a few days earlier (handle bars, rear wheel, rear brake, etc). They were able to inspect the bike, replace (as needed) and repair everything else - all within 24 hours. Back on the bike for altitude camp in Tinges. Thank you!!

Fantastic customer service and a brilliant mechanic, fixed my DI2 and got me back on the road in no time. I wouldn’t have been able to finish Routes Des Grandes Alpes without their help. Really friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend. Thanks again !

Excellent service all round. My rear brake calipers had seized on (Hope E4). I wouldn’t have found this place if I hadn’t popped into the rental shop on the high street first (very helpful and good staff there too). Directed me to this shop. Jeanne in particular was a great help (spoke excellent English, which was a relief as my French is awful). Managed to get the bike in for the next day to recondition the rear caliper and bleed the front brake. The labour for reconditioning was €99 which I thought fair and the cost of the parts they replaced was only a few euros. They also stocked kids knee and elbow pads which I struggled to find anywhere else, and knew their stuff when it came to advice. Fully recommend this shop. Pic included just because.

Great service! Broke a spoke on my training camp in Val d’isere. Sadly no bike mechanic in that town and therefore had to go to Bourg-Saint-Maurice. All the shops I asked in Val d’isere told me to go to Gravity Lab so I reached out to them. As I was on my way to La Plagne and had limited time I explained my situation. The guys were really helpful, luckily the spoke was on stock and they repaired my wheel while waiting in the shop. Thanks again guys!

I can’t thank the team at GRAVITYLAB enough for their incredible service! After finishing day 2 of the Tour Du Mont Blanc, my tubeless tire practically exploded in my face. I walked into their shop feeling stressed and worried about my final day. The team promptly sorted out my issue and put my mind at ease. Their professionalism and efficiency were top-notch. How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best. Delivery charges are based on the distance between our store and the delivery address you provide. See the price list below for details.
