Don't bother looking elsewhere, you won't find anything comparable: the welcome, the kindness, the attentiveness, the advice, the professionalism, the price. You are (finally) the customer!! I found myself with a motor failure on a BH electric bike I bought three and a half years ago at Altricks. The staff there didn't even try to diagnose the problem because the warranty had expired!!! My problem led me to Mounes Mobilité, a fantastic team who did everything they could to find a solution, and the best one possible, based on my needs. A huge THANK YOU.

Honestly, I applaud them! They repaired the compressed tire on my electric scooter's motor, which I couldn't change myself, even though I'm very handy. Thank you to them, and good work! I wish you success.
