Nice hotel, well maintained, good breakfast, but the best were the employees. From the manager during check-in who provided me an AC adapter, the crew cleaning the rooms and serving breakfast were very professional and courteous.

Why pay over €200 a night to be in Paris when you can be in this excellent small hotel in the heart of charming St Germain en Laye, with the Big City only 30 mins away on the RER? This is my second visit here and I’ll be back. Merci, Ibis!

Arrival and parking very easy and car felt safe. Room clean and comfortable - bed a little hard for our preference but not a huge issue. Breakfast good but lots of options if you want to go out, as hotel has amazing location - lots within walking distance including the train station.

Used as base for a family holiday to Paris and the surrounding areas. Good secure parking, friendly staff, close to RER for Paris, and clean. Could benefit with some soya milk in the breakfast options. Some items not present due to sustainability drive; no mini fridge in the bedrooms, no control of the bedroom aircon and no bag in the bathroom bin. Kettle is on request. Would still recommend and go again.

Extremely untrained front staff!! Breakfast buffet is an absolute chaotic mess and unhealthy to boot. Pushy male travelers take precedence over solo female travelers when asking for assistance. Do NOT recommend. Update: the reply from Ibis claims to want to make me comfortable during my visits, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working on all three of my devices this morning. I tried to troubleshoot it with the front desk and their response was: Wi-Fi is working for the front desk so it's your problem to solve. After trying to troubleshoot on my own for an hour, I finally left. I paid for the entire buffet and ended up taking water, coffee and an orange juice. I cannot eat viennoseries every day. It is bad for my health. Genuine hospitality and knowledge of the workings of the hotel are missing, unfortunately. France doesn't realize Wi-Fi is one of the most important commodities of 2025. I feel sorry for the French populace.

From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
