On a chassis, after three years of intensive activity, there was a part that came unsoldered, and INcept sent it to me two days later. As an individual looking for a Concept2 rower, I discovered Incept Sport somewhat by chance, and I absolutely do not regret my choice. Delivery was fast, the packaging was careful, and the after-sales service was particularly responsive: an item I ordered in excess (included by default with the product) was spontaneously refunded to me. I also appreciated the very clear summary email concerning the assembly and use of the device. A serious brand that I recommend without hesitation.

Very friendly welcome. Very good knowledge of the equipment (2 Rower concept). Despite the age of my equipment (around 30 years) I was able to renovate the rower and benefit from appropriate advice. Too bad not to be able to order directly through the e-shop (normally I should have accessed it through Concept 2 Benelux but... in Holland, Belgium seems to be only Dutch-speaking!). I highly recommend Incept for the quality of the material, the competence, the availability and the friendliness.
