INCEPT

I bought the Rowerg Concept2 from the Incept Sport website and I'm completely satisfied with it. The delivery was fast. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the delivery man who came "between 9am and 6pm" (he came at 2:30pm), but it's not the store's fault.

I purchased 12 concept2 products from them. I've had them for over five years, none of them have moved. On a chassis, after three years of intensive activity, there was a part that came unsoldered, and INcept sent it to me two days later. As an individual looking for a Concept2 rower, I discovered Incept Sport somewhat by chance, and I absolutely do not regret my choice. Delivery was fast, the packaging was careful, and the after-sales service was particularly responsive: an item I ordered in excess (included by default with the product) was spontaneously refunded to me. I also appreciated the very clear summary email concerning the assembly and use of the device. A serious brand that I recommend without hesitation.

Concept2 rower ordered online, order validated immediately then collected by DB Schenker. The longest part is the delivery, DB Schenker having kept the package for 5 days in their warehouse, I don't really know why (in reality I'm 30 minutes as the crow flies from the store ^^)... In the end it remains a well-executed affair, the rower is great (I expected nothing less given its reputation), in short I recommend it.
