Antoine at the Marché Provençal location was very fast and nice to work with. We rented two normal bikes ("ville") for a full day and biked to St.Paul de Vence and back. It was a nice outing. The bikes were in good repair and the lights were functional for the night-time bike back. We got our deposit immediately upon return. The prices were very competitive. We recommend this bike rental!

We rented E-bikes and did a ride to Cannes. I wish we had known there was a bike path all the way to Nice but we wanted to ride to Billionaire Bay anyway. The bikes were super fun and performed well.

The store has a good selection of different brands (street wear mostly). We only rented a couple of bicycles that were in good condition. Prices were convenient and clear (as written just outside the store). 15euros for 2 bikes, 4 hours it's quite a bargain. Highly recommended

Avoid this place at all costs. Our experience was frustrating from start to finish. We rented two e-bikes, and one had to be returned immediately because the disc brakes were so misaligned they were grinding against the wheel. The second bike’s battery wouldn’t turn on at first and only happened to start working once we got back to the shop—an early warning sign we wish we’d taken seriously. The next day, the chain on that same bike fell off while going up a small hill. Because the bike had a chain cage, all it needed was a basic screwdriver to fix, but the repair kit didn’t include one. When I called the company for help, they immediately blamed us for the issue instead of offering any guidance. The lack of support was really surprising for a business that rents bikes. When we returned the bikes, things got worse. The company insisted we had damaged both bikes and sent multiple texts and videos trying to pin issues on us that simply didn’t happen. It felt like they were looking for any excuse to shift responsibility onto customers. Based on our experience, I would strongly caution others against renting from this shop. Poor maintenance, inadequate tools, and unhelpful customer service turned what should have been a simple rental into an unnecessarily stressful ordeal.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price. Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
