Perfection! I rented a road bike for a half-day to do the plateau de Beille climb. The bike was in great condition and I also received a helmet and a phone mount. They offer locker rooms to store items and there are bathrooms that you can use. I did not have much free time to rent the bike for longer, but I think that a couple of days are necessary to enjoy the climbs around the area.

Great rental service! Would recommend! Hired a good bike for a few days in the Pyrenees. At the moment the owners of the shop are in process of building a cycling cafe and hub linked to their rental services in an old truck garage. In the future they plan to offer extended cycling holiday services. The service was superb, I had an very unexpected/unprecedented problem roadside with my bike that I couldn’t fix , so the one of owners very kindly drove to sort the problem out for me , which they didn’t have to do. The vision for the shop is great, I think it will look great when finished in a years time . It is a great location to come on a cycling holiday- you can easily get a flight to Toulouse and then an easy train down the valleys which takes you straight to the shop! One day I hope to return!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Patrice and Yvan who are passionate about this space dedicated to biking, and are incredibly thoughtful and helpful. The top-range electric bikes were excellent, and even a beginner like myself had no difficulty going from Tarascon-sur-Ariège to Col de Port at 1250m above sea level. This part of Ariège is truly beautiful and delightful to discover by bike. Highly recommended, and we wish them only the very best for their vision for Terre de sport! 🌟

I had a problem with my battery on my gear. The owner was so helpful. He fixed my gear. I could not pay with my card on the phone, so he trusted me and sent me an invoice. Further, he drove me to my group. Give the best stars and customer service and will come back 🙏 and now I got on the top of hill - so grateful 🙏❤️

We arrived mid afternoon while doing the Transpyr route. I had issues with my brakes, and they solved it quickly so I could move on. Very kind and friendly staff.

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We provide our customers with the option of picking up their equipment in-store or opting for delivery. When making your booking, you can choose the option that suits you best.
