Well, I don't usually leave negative reviews because I try to be understanding towards all dealers (as I am), but this time I have to tell you what happened. First of all, the guys are kind and helpful, which I really appreciate. Despite this, the experience was terrible because I had my derailleur replaced in mid-February, a repair that they said would cost between €50 and €60. A few days later, I went back to pick up the bike and the price I had to pay was €87 because they said it took two hours of labor (two hours of labor to change a derailleur? What are we at an Alfa Romeo dealership?). Among other things, I asked the mechanic if he could tighten the brake, and he mumbled something about having to replace the entire cable or something like that. Obviously, as soon as I got home with an Allen wrench, I tightened it myself, and it works perfectly. Well, in any case, the bike has a hard time shifting right away, the gears don't shift properly, sometimes it shifts automatically while I'm pedaling. I probably should have let them know right away; that's my fault. But about 40 days after the repair, while I'm pedaling, the gears get stuck between two gears, and while pedaling, I tear the derailleur again, which breaks. I go back to the shop, explain the situation, and after talking to the mechanic, they tell me the most they can give me is a €10 discount on the new job, charging me the catalog price for the new part, instead of the retail price. Truly generous, I must say, a €10 discount on an €87 job done 40 days earlier that they failed to finish. Now I've gone to another shop, and they told me the new derailleur and labor cost a fixed total of €39 (less than half of what I paid). By the way, at the new shop, they explained the chain, gears, and everything else to me in a very professional manner, and they had a much better grasp of the subject. They probably have a much deeper and more detailed knowledge of bike mechanics. Guys, I'm sorry, but it was a bad experience, and your attitude was incorrect. Good luck and keep up the good work, I hope you can learn from this story too.

I went to them to fix two crashed bicycles. After almost a month (!!!) of waiting with virtually no news, I received quotes for €180 and €130 each. As the injured party in the accident, I accepted them, as I was assured they would reimburse me for the cost. The quote also included items for repairs not performed. A week later, I was told that another €80 in repairs were needed on one of the bikes. Total cost: over €300 to repair two bicycles. Obviously, the accident adjuster assessed the cost beyond the market value of two perfectly normal bicycles and will not reimburse them. I'm very disappointed because I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time I felt truly cheated. Zero communication, zero understanding, and a lot of arrogance.
