The staff was super friendly and helpful! The bikes were totally fine and worked very good - we had a lot of fun there. The people working there also recommended us some hotspot on the Island! All in all it was a perfect day, thanks to the bikes and the friendly people :)

We were with two. One bike was fine and the other wasn't working well while climbing. I filmed it to show them. We asked refund afterwards, but they act like the bike was fine and i should have come back immediately, but we didn't, so no refund at all.

THIEVES!!! Pay attention to your debit/credit cards - I got mine stolen when paying by cash. All goes very fast! Once I put my bank cards on the counter, to pay in cash and give my ID, they have put the paper on top of them and... not seing them I did not realise I had put them back on my wallet. After 5 minutes only I had left the place... 3 cashless payements were done for 98€ (2 at the tabaquerie and 1 at the harbour). Dishonest staff, all looked quite cumplice once I returned to ask for my bank cards ... I HAVE REPORTED TO THE POLICE Karma.... pays!!
