Thierry was amazing! He was kind, professional and super helpful. He dropped bikes off on time and even waited for us as we were running late, same on pick up. Really responsive to our messages before booking/during rental and he even organised last minute bikes for our friends who visited, truly a great business and would highly recommend. No issues with bikes, helmets or locks while we had them.

We rented from the velo van in June for a week. Such an excellent experience from start to finish. We have a 5,2 and 8 month old. He set us up with a long tail with a set for the 2 year old and bench for the 5. An electric bike with trailer for the baby which also transformed into a pushchair. The best quality bikes, locks and helmets. Excellent efficient and friendly service. He delivered them exactly when promised and collected them. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience with Le Vélo Van on Île de Ré! They delivered and picked up the bikes directly at our campsite at no extra charge. Incredibly convenient! The staff were very friendly and responsive. When we had an issue with the chain on the electric longtail on the other side of the island, they came out immediately to assist us. A truly excellent service. The bikes (an electric longtail and an electric bike) were in good condition and perfect for exploring the island. We cycled every day and loved discovering the beautiful scenery of Île de Ré.
