Selection extremely limited, way overpriced And if you need help forget about it or plan to wait a very long time to get someone hat can’t even answer your question I recommend taking the time to go 15 mins to one of their competitors

Google Review – E.Leclerc DIY Store Fleury-les-Aubrais Today, a little adventure at the E.Leclerc DIY store, just a stone's throw from my house. I spotted a Kärcher wet and dry vacuum cleaner (the famous WD2 Plus V). Great. Except, surprise, it was about €6 more expensive (10%) than at Leroy Merlin. Confident, I went to see the DIY department manager, product sheet displayed on my phone. I simply asked for a price match. A moment of hesitation. A brief, awkward silence. Then the reply: "Yes... but I need the barcode." Ah. So, if I understand correctly, to save €6, I would have to take my car, go to Leroy Merlin in Ingré, photograph the label with all the details and the barcode, come back, and politely beg them to match the price. At that price, I might as well have bought it directly from Leroy Merlin. Which, of course, I did. I thought Leclerc's policy was to be "the cheapest." I see it's more like "the cheapest... under complicated administrative conditions." Honestly, I would have preferred a simple: "No sir, we can't match that price." Clear, straightforward, and to the point. Rather than this obstacle course for €6. Anyway, thanks for the cardio workout. My vacuum cleaner works perfectly. It just so happens to be brand new. Your response is pathetic, and no, it's exactly the same vacuum cleaner from the same brand, KARCHER, with a 15-liter capacity.

The person at the Mondial Relay point in your store could be friendlier and more cheerful. If they don't like what they're doing, they should find another job. Customers shouldn't have to put up with their mood.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?

As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.

What delivery options are available?

We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
