The welcome was fantastic, the team is very friendly, especially the lady! We were able to quickly reserve our bikes and even change models on the spot, after testing them out! You can go there with your eyes closed, no worries! Very quick and efficient.

The rental went well and the staff were very friendly, BUT there's a major problem with the €1000 deposit. Firstly, it's taken and held (contrary to what's stated) at the time of booking, not when you pick up the bikes. Furthermore, it's not returned immediately at the end of the rental; we've been waiting for 48 hours.
