The electric bikes worked splendidly during our stay in Arcachon. Xavier was very friendly, he delivered (and picked up) the bikes to/from our accommodation, adjusted them to our heights, gave us helmets, locks, chargers and even some sightseeing recommendations. I can only recommend!
