A fantastic place to rent a bike, thank you Amanda and Les Balades Alsaciennes for all your help. I rented a gravel bike for 3 days. The bike was in excellent condition and perfect for riding the many amazing gravel tracks around Chantenois. It was supplied with all the accessories needed. Amanda was also very flexible about when I could return the bike. I cannot recommend highly enough. Merci tres bien!

My wife and I recently rented e-bikes for a day ride through Alsace’s beautiful villages. Made same-day reservations by phone. Upon arrival, Amanda had our bikes ready to go. New equipment, long lasting batteries, robust tires and shocks. She suggested routes based on our interests and provided access to an app which facilitated our ride and even provided a supplementary phone battery to assure we would be able to navigate all day. Accessing her shop requires a short walk from either Ancienne Gare or College bus stops. Her two dogs are also very friendly. A fantastic experience—Formidablè!!

The bikes were great, and Amanda was very helpful and accommodating. We rented two mechanical bikes for 3 days, which helped get us around on our honeymoon. Such an amazing experience! The shop has suggested routes for around Alsace, and can help point you in the right direction for the type of ride you'd like to do. It seems like they have a little something for everyone!

Very nice station for E-bikes! We arrived without reservation, got a perfect introduction from Anada and tipps how to discover the area and started some minutes later with new E-bikes, helmet and basket for personal belongings. Amanda was very generous to us and only charged 4 hours while we needed five h as our trip was longer than anticipated (> 50 km!). It´s a very pleasant area and we intend to come back one day - of course to „Les Balades Alsaciennes“ - thank you so much, Amanda and husband, we really had a great time! Rudy & Grace
