We really enjoyed this service to be able to bike around the countryside, it ended up being our favorite activity in France! The technology to be able to pick up the bikes quickly and easily without assistance worked great. We did have a miscommunication at the start of the booking, but the customer service was very helpful once we explained our situation and got us a refund right away. (Just a note for foreigners to not book too last-minute during the customary lunch period, the codes to the doors and bikes may not generate immediately and you will have to wait, but that was our mistake.)

Rented 2 bikes for 9h, Sunday 06.04. All ok, code received 5 minutes before booking hours, both bikes unlocked from the 1st try. Sent them pictures with bikes conditions before leave the site, then had one amazing day - Colmar-Riquewihr-Eguisheim: a total of 43km, not easy for us (less than beginners, both over 40's). Bikes were super ok, batery after 43km was about 45%. Wind killed us on the Riquewihr hills :) Photos sent again when returned the bikes. Amazing day, totally reccomended!!! Very easy to use, bikes in good condition and lots of information about self-guided tours available at the shop. No issues with battery after 50km of cycling, in a period of 9 hours (with lots of stops!). Strongly recommend a tour through the vineyards while staying in Colmar!
