Great experience! I took the 23km trip, but actually it's a bit too much for one day, if you want to take it easy, and enjoy some breaks for swimming. Very nice crew!

Fabulous experience. Everything was well organised and smooth from start to finish. The organiser was very welcoming and helpful. You are given a huge (30L) tub to keep your things dry. Plenty of room for picnics and books if you want to take!

Very good experience! We took the 19km version and it was amazing. Beautiful places (magical for one) and tranquility were present. In addition, the managers were really nice. It would be a pleasure to come back!

We booked with Locanoe in mid-May for our late June trip. Unfortunately we decided to cancel due to a weather forecast of lightning and thunder storms, rain and cold weather for the day we were going to visit and take our trip. Locanoe has a very unfavorable cancellation policy of 7 days (50% refund only) and if outside of 48 hours then it's not refundable at all. We were a family of 4 so it was a little over 100 euro for the kayaks. Once the weather report came out and didn't change for several days, I emailed Locanoe 6 days prior to our trip to cancel. I didn't hear anything so I emailed again a couple days later. No response, and the 48 hour mark was approaching, so my husband went on their FB social media account and messaged them. Nothing. Finally, we called them and they seemed to have received the request but told us they don't give refunds outside of 7 days. My husband stated that the confirmation email from them stated otherwise. The woman on the phone then agreed to submit the 50% refund. We went with Locanoe b/c they were a family operated business and had good reviews, however I am very disappointed that we had to work so hard to receive our 50% refund and in addition I feel they should have refunded 100% since the weather was not forecast to be safe for kayaking.
