What is covered: - all accidental damages to the bicycle, - theft of the bicycle attached to a fixed point with the provided lock.
What is excluded: - intentional damage, - unmounted accessories (pump, bags...) - flat tires.
With Tulip
- In case of damage: Pay only 10% of the repair.
- In case of theft: Pay only 10% of the bike's price.
Without Tulip
- In case of damage: 100% of the repair cost is your responsibility.
- In case of theft: Pay the full price of the bicycle.
