LOKVELO est une société de location de vélos en livraison présente à Hyères les palmiers, vers Toulon dans le Var (83). Notre concept, c’est de vous livrer ces vélos sur le lieu de vos vacances, et cela 7 jours sur 7. Ainsi, cela vous évite d’avoir à transporter vos propres vélos.
Nous intervenons sur le littoral Varois, de Bandol au Lavandou en passant par la presqu’île de Giens.

Grâce à une large gamme de vélos Enfants, Adultes et Electriques, vous trouverez forcément le modèle correspondant à vos besoins, et nous vous conseillerons au mieux pour que votre location soit une réussite.

De plus, Nicolas ancien technicien atelier chez Décathlon, s’assure de la fiabilité des vélos, et un kit complet comprenant Antivol, Lumière, Bombe de réparation crevaison, Chambre à air et Rustines est fourni lors de chaque location pour limiter au maximum tout désagrément.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommended! Our experience with LOKVELO was outstanding! We were truly impressed by how convenient it was to have the bikes delivered and picked up directly from our hotel. We’ve travelled a lot and often rent bikes in different countries, but this was the first time we experienced such flexible delivery and pickup. It made everything easy and stress-free. Communication via WhatsApp was fast, clear, easy and it was in English! The service was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The two mountain bikes we received were in good condition and worked well. Since we were a bit nervous about cycling in a new place, we asked about helmets — so the LOKVELO team brought several options and helped us to choose the right sizes — very thoughtful! We were also shown how to fix a flat tire and received a small backpack with all the necessary tools. The price for the rental and the service overall was a pleasant surprise — absolutely great value. At first, we couldn’t believe the 5-star rating on Google Maps, but now we completely understand it. We’re giving 5 stars too. Thank you for the excellent service!

Excellent service from LokVelo. Great communication from the very first point of contact. A great price compared to other local providers. Electric bikes were delivered and collected promptly from Hyères station. Nicolas gave us detailed instructions and guidance in English. The bikes were easy to use, charge and secure. Everything was perfect, bikes worked very well. If anything went wrong they gave you a bagpack full of items that could help! Not expensive at all and we will definitely do it again if we go back to Toulon!

How do I book equipment online?

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?

As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.

What delivery options are available?

We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
