If I could give 10 stars I most certainly would. The quality of service and staff are exceptional. My wife and I are very happy with the professionalism and speedy attention to any of our bike needs. Their storage facilities also are superb and extremely useful when we need to have our e-bikes in a safe location while we are away from home. All in all I thoroughly recommend this shop and all of the staff.

First experience with Martins e-Bike we were not even their clients and they were kind enough to help us with an issue and made us feel comfortable in their shop, whilst sorting out bike issue...today two years after being clients and happy, we believe is more than justified to show you guys our gratitude for some many adventures and great experiences in the Algarve.

I have rented with my 2 sisters in August 3 E bikes with Martin’s E bike. We received an excellent service and they even delivered the bikes to our home. Very good bikes in excellent condition! So good that I decided to buy a new E bike with them. Again they gave excellent advice and service! We are very happy with this shop! I can definitely recommend it! And very friendly staff!

We had previously owned Dahon folding bikes & had used them extensively - the folding feature allowing us to take them on touring holidays & on our boat.
Then having 2 prosthetic knees I found riding a bicycle difficult - my knees were too stiff to complete the motion without pain.
A cyclist friend suggested trying an e-bike.
We visited Martin’s E-bikes & explained my problem.
A Victoria E-bike was set for me. I rode around their car park & adjustments made.
It was a revelation! Freedom to cycle out again - with the high handle bar position, backward adjusted saddle plus the use of the motor I could tackle hills again. My bike was purchased & Paul’s ordered. ( a 3 month delivery delay!!!)
It was so good I often forgot my poor hubby who was straggling behind me on his 21 gear mountain bike while I wizzed up hills.
Well, today Paul’s bike arrived. Hooray. 😊😊😊. We celebrated with a tour around the area.
Many thanks to Martin’s E-bikes for arranging everything. What terrific service from the team. In these difficult times with COVID restrictions they went the extra mile & arranged delivery to us . 👍
We have 2 smart bags (with wheels) so we can fold down the bikes & put them into the car as well as using them around the local area.
As far as we are concerned- a terrific investment & worth every cent.

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
