The Mercure hotel is very cozy, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The hotel’s theme is centered around writers: each room is named after a different author, and inside the room you can read a short biography about them. The bedspreads were wonderful, so soft they felt like they were made of feathers. It truly feels like sleeping on clouds after a long, busy day. The hotel is surrounded by trees, making it feel as if you were in the middle of a forest; it is absolutely beautiful. The hotel has garden with a rotunda where you can sit, as well as a swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off in the middle of August. You can float in the pool until evening, or simply sit by the pool enjoying a drink from the restaurant. This hotel was also one of my favorites.

Rooms were daily cleaned, the staff even supplied us extra towels when asked since I had two children. They were extremely nice. I loved the friendliness of the reception, the young girl and the gentleman were very helpful. On our arrival, the baby cot was not sufficiently prepared but it was immediately fixed when asked. The breakfast was the best even if I didn't really like the soggy eggs. Other than that, there was a lot of options even fresh orange which I was glad for but the juicer didnot work properly and at times broken. The staff continuously replenished the food and were courteous. This is my second stay and it is my preferred hotel. Oh, the tram is next to the hotel and there is a shopping centre in few stops. A

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
