Nice hotel. We arrived very late as our flight was delayed, a big thank you to night receptionist Thomas who was very welcoming and friendly even in the middle of the night. Good staff overall.

When we arrived at the hotel, the elevator was out of order, and we had to use the service elevator. The next day, even the service elevator stopped working. Imagine having to climb up or down from the 6th floor with luggage. I saw families with small children struggling with their bags. This shows a lack of respect from the management; it seems that regular maintenance for the elevators wasn’t done on time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The air conditioning is connected to a Siemens Enterprise thermostat, which limits the temperature to save on energy costs.
Overall, our stay was quite disappointing due to these issues.
