I ordered a Cannondale Topstone carbon from them a little over a month ago, and the delivery was perfect and very well done!
I had two or three phone conversations with them for various questions about the bike; they were very friendly and professional!
Most importantly, I got an unbeatable price on the bike that I couldn't find anywhere else!
I've never been to their store, but you can order a bike and have it delivered to your door with complete confidence. Everything was perfect, and after a few minor upgrades, I've been enjoying it immensely for the past month and a half!
