Breakage and theft warranty.
100% coverage in the event of breakage of a bicycle part/accessory (electric or non-electric).
80% coverage in the event of theft of a bicycle (electric or non-electric): 20% remaining cost to the customer.
In the event of theft, proof of break-in is required to enable reimbursement.
