I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for an affordable electric bike or just have questions these are the guys to see Below is my experience with the shop: These guys are great excellent services with out the pressure you would expect from salespeople, their main objective is that you are happy with your purchase. They are very knowledgeable and be friendly. My salesman was named Pierre and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t leave with a bike that evening he cautioned me to be sure about my decision so after leaving the shop I looked up more on the bike (trek duel sport plus) I and I decided to go ahead with the purchase and because of their professionalisation and friendliness I decided I wanted to do business with them. I live about 4 hours from the store and they shipped it to me. Cost of shipping was very reasonable and the bike arrived promptly. Within 4 business days (under the predicted time of 5-10 days)

Totally satisfied!!! Very fast delivery by courier after ordering. The courier was very friendly and made a phone call to schedule delivery according to your availability and also helped you pack the huge package. The packaging of the bike is also top-notch, with thick cardboard as well as reinforcements, wedges, and bubble wrap. Customer service was equally responsive when it came to various billing and delivery inquiries. The bike itself, frankly, has nothing to complain about for a reconditioned bike; it looks like new and works wonderfully. Finally, I can only recommend this store and make your purchase with my eyes closed.

Perfect ! I went into the store just to see because I wasn't yet sure I wanted to switch to an electric mountain bike... I saw it 😍 and thanks to Pierre's wise advice... but without pressure... I came home, ordered it on the site and picked it up in the store a few days afterwards, ready for adventure! In 3 words: simple, fast and professional. I will add a 4th: nice. I recommend, they have a large selection of VAEs, for all tastes (even mine!) and all budgets.
