Even though we spoke no French, communication with Solenne was very easy (her English was good) and friendly. Her location is very near the trail (on a road that has very little traffic) so very easy and safe for cycling on the Via Venessia. The Via Venessia was in excellent condition which made for easy biking, so even though the temperature was over 40 degrees, we cycled further than we planned in our half day and then enjoyed the last half of the day in Orange. Highly recommend

I'm delighted with the service from Orange bikes. The booking process and email communication was straightforward (even in English for us as UK/Ireland visitors). They delivered and collected our bicycles direct to our Airbnb in Châteauneuf-du-Pape for a very reasonable charge. The e-bikes were brilliant and allowed us to explore the neighbouring towns and vineyards with ease. Thank you for the fantastic service, I would highly recommend!

Great experience renting bikes in Chateauneuf de Pape. Really nice day getting exercising, tasting wine and seeing the countryside. Lots of bike paths throughout the area. Bikes were excellent, and location was perfect for a launching point and ending point(Orange is a great place to stop for a couple drinks before finishing the day.). Solene was very helpful and super nice.
