ParkeBike have a phone app with maps that you follow along. I rode 36km from 9:30am to 5:30pm. The countryside here is a must see.
The customer service was incredible and they speak English.

Our family reserved e-bikes for a visit to Sintra, working with Martin over email on all the details couldn't have been easier. He was so kind and informative. We got to the shop to start our trip and his team organized all of our gear and instructions. Before we took off Martin stopped in personally to be sure everything was in order - and especially that our younger riders were comfortable. He encouraged us to test things out and only go off for the day once we were confident the bikes were a good option. We gave it a go, but the gravel paths made some of us a bit uncomfortable. All that to say, we didn't go far on the bikes but our experience with their whole team was so lovely. Strongly reccomend and can't rave enough about the thoughtful service and considerate team working here. Special shout out to the onsite pup Bella who may well have been one of the highlights of our entire trip to Portugal. Thanks All!

My husband and I hired e-bikes for the day to explore Sintra and the National Palace, and it was the best decision we made! The ParkeBike team was incredibly helpful, especially since we had never ridden electric bikes before. They let us practice outside their shop and explained the different settings, which were simple to use.
We also downloaded their app, which allowed us to choose from a variety of routes based on what we wanted to see and how far we wanted to travel. Hiring the e-bikes was actually my favourite part of the day! They made tackling Sintra’s steep hills effortless, meaning we didn’t have to queue for buses or TukTuks. We had complete freedom to explore at our own pace, and it was such an enjoyable experience.
Next time, we’d love to explore the coastline on the bikes — we can’t wait to come back and visit!

E bikes are THE way to see Sintra. It honestly felt like it was a fast lane to see everything and more. Park E bike had this app that they set you up with before you start that gives you an exact route of where you want to go (there are multiple to choose) They are so nice and give you everything you need. Highly recommend.
Only reservation is to not try if you’re not comfortable on a bike to begin with. You are driving on roads with pedestrians and cars. Sintra is the opposite of flat and easy to navigate.

We had an amazing e-bike gravel good through the beautiful landscape of Sintra with our tour guide Jorge. It was the highlight of our trip and it is a definitely must do. Jorge was very knowledgeable, personable and shared with us amazing local spots we would have never found. Jorge made this day worth 5-stars and I highly recommend this tour, asking for Jorge as a tour guide ! 👍

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it:
1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly.
2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment.
3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs.
4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want.
5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration.
6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental.
7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
