Have used a couple of times when on holiday in the area. Staff are always very helpful even with my non-existent French abilities

I've bought several bikes from Gérard (road bikes, mountain bikes, children's bikes). I've always received advice tailored to my riding style and needs, and the same goes for technical clothing. I'm really happy with the mechanics. I don't need to come back twice. Never a problem... It's nice to find someone who takes the time to do things properly. Go there with your eyes closed... I highly recommend them.

I received a very warm welcome and was able to benefit from expert advice. I left with a bike made for me, which I've had for a little over a week now, and I'm delighted. Thank you for that, and I'll be back to complete my equipment. I highly recommend it.

I asked for information about tightening a chain, and the salesman didn't say a word. He grabbed his screwdriver, spent a minute on the bike, and made two turns. I thanked him and bought an €8 tube of grease to buy something else... my surprise when I went to pay: €14... €6 per minute! I think I've wasted my life; I should have become a bike mechanic... unless it's a scam... you be the judge... I advise you to steer clear!
