Hello, I am very disappointed by the incompetence of the sales staff. I was sold a pair of ski boots for €450, a size and a half too small! I went to get advice in other shops, and it was confirmed that the boots are definitely not my size. If I was going to buy shoes that don't fit, I could have easily done it myself online. I do not recommend taking advice from this shop. (Which, just a few years ago, was the go-to place in Pau.) I will not be returning after 15 years of shopping with you. Sincerely, Victor
