Rêve De Vélo is one of the best bike hires I have had. Easy booking process, good communication and most importantly a really well set up Scott road bike. Top marks for great service. Also very convenient located for the airport.

Rêve de Vélo is the best Shop if you want to organise your Via Rhona bike trip. Excellent value for money, Hugo was very helpful attending our needs. Bikes were fully equipped and in a very good conditions. We made 290 Km effortless.

I hired a road bike from the shop which was delivered on time and in fantastic condition to my Eurocamp, and collected with ease. They went above and beyond when my plans changed to accommodate my requests and could not have been more helpful I will be using them from now on and recommending to my fellow cyclists!

Nice service on arrival, and speaking English helped a lot. Spoke broke on penultimate day which was a downer as I lost a day cycle hire which was paid for. Used to ride up Ventoux on TdF stage and several nice local climbs. Thanks

Hired a road bike clearly requesting flat pedals to be provided whilst also requesting a pedal spanner as I may also bring my own speedplays. Paid over €40 for bike delivery to hotel which was left with NO PEDALS and overcharged for bike hire by €10. I tried ringing the shop (Leo Gimenez) on both numbers provided on confirmation email 5x with no response on either, so I sent an email requesting immediate delivery of pedals and highlighting overpayment. Explanation email even quoted that I "may bring my own pedals" and just apologised for the confusion and stated that CCT that I booked the bike through was misquoting and that they would tell them to update rather than honour my original booking. As well as receiving no satisfaction on the pedals or a refund of overpayment, it made the €80+ cost of delivering 2 bikes at the same place at the same time (colleague), rather than any discount applied even more galling. Very disappointed

How do I book equipment online?+-
Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.
When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price. Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
