We have just stayed for 7 nights and had a great experience. Pool area was fabulous (everything looks new and fresh), staff amazing, especially Mario who was fantastic with the kids.
Very peaceful, greenery and flowers kept very well. Kids loved the club and dance lessons. We had been nervous after reading some of the reviews but Sandaya have clearly listened to peoples criticisms and have upped their game. We'll be back.

Pitches are small, making way for cabins. Minimal maintenance in toilets and showers.
Toilet was running the week we were there. Tap loose, not fixed whilst there.
Ground maintenance poor. Pitches not raked or cut back for next clients.
Restaurant was good and free WiFi for half hour was good. Hoped that for price of the stay this would be included.
Not value for money.

A lovely location and great staff.
It would have been 5 stars but they did not inform us in advance that the site would be closed to traffic due to a triathlon taking place on the last 2 days of our stay. I am sure they knew about this and should have informed us giving us alternatives to the dates we stayed. Without letting us know we were unable to leave the site for the best part of 2 days

Really disappointed after a lovely stay in a different site nearby.
The "private facilities" on the pitch were very basic and not cleaned regularly, but the shared toilet block was boarded up and closed so we had no option.
Swimming pool was constantly overcrowded and felt unsafe.
Restaurant staff forgot us for 45 minutes after finishing our mains so we ended up with no time for dessert.
Overall a poor experience and we will be going to a different site in the area next time we visit

If you want quiet, nice and relaxing holidays...AVOID this place.
We booked a lodge tent behind the pool area and it was an awfull experience. The animation with very loud music played every night till about 23.30. After that the youngsters in the camping were shouting and laughing just outside the tent till after midnight. Our little children could hardly sleep and neither could we. We could not even sit on our terrace and have a conversation, it was so loud. After two frustrating nights we went to reception. The lady told us they would see what they could do and phone us. We never got a call. So the next day ( after another sleepless night) we went back to reception. This time I asked for the so called "superior". She was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Don't know how she got her title. She kept on saying that it is our fault that we booked a tent. If I would have known that the tents are situated in such a loud area I would never have booked. They should warn customers beforehand that the shows and animation go so long and at an unbelievable volume. It felt like sleeping in a disco. We have stayed in many campings and never experienced anything like this. They offerd us a mobile home for the remaining three nights but we had to pay an extra 300 euro. It was not our fault that the noise situation in that part of the camping is so out of control. I also wrote to customer support and never got a reply. This is not how one treats customers!
The pool area was also awful. Overcrowded to say the least. All the deckchairs were occupied and there is hardly any shade. This is no fun with small kids.
The mobile home we moved into was rather dirty and shabby. On the terrace it smelt like sewage. The shower was either too hot or cold but we could not regulate it. It was very difficult showering our children.
No beaches in close vesinity.
So all in all we had a really bad experience. Would not recommend this place. not wothy of any stars.

As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking.
We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
