My first experience renting an electric mountain bike from Romu Sport. I really appreciated the time they took to explain how the bike works, plus the helpful tips to make our planned ride even more enjoyable. A big thank you for all of this. And what's more, the bike was great!

A huge thank you to Romu Sport for this wonderful day of mountain biking. The e-bikes were brand new and beautiful. The rental agent took the time to adjust the bikes, then helped us choose a route, and went out of his way to help us load the GPX file onto our GPS, which was having technical difficulties. And he even helped us in the evening, along with a parent, to find a restaurant that wasn't full. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend Romu Sport.

Romu Sport is a great shop with excellent equipment. I went there a few days ago to have the bearings replaced on my DT Swiss bikes. The work was done quickly and efficiently; I highly recommend them.

I stopped by Romu's earlier for a derailleur problem and to have the brake pads changed on my e-MTB. Excellent service, spare parts readily available, and great expertise. They have beautiful bikes (all types: mountain bikes, gravel bikes, etc.) for sale and rent, and equipment for sale. In short, I highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Flat tire, instant repair, but upon unloading the bike, the inner tube and tire exploded due to a defect in the Decathlon tire. Immediate replacement of the entire assembly and the inner tube was covered under warranty. Thanks! 👍
