Rented two mountain bikes for the day online. 20 euros with the small insurance. My wife had a flat rear wheel. After a call to the manager, a solution was found in 2 minutes. Quick repairs at a nearby garage. Costs were covered without any hassle. Perfect. A great experience.

Very good experience with Mont Bicloo. Friendly and attentive staff. Good quality electric bike. Very pleasant family experience with the cargo bike for our little one. Staff available by phone if there's a problem during opening hours. For us, when we needed a small repair, it was impeccable! I highly recommend it!

A rental that met our expectations. A professional and prompt welcome. The bikes were good. The brakes on the large bike could use some servicing. Ideal location to start exploring the island. Everything was perfect. Just be careful with the GPS where you're meeting. Several addresses. Thank you. I recommend it.

As suggested after the rental, we leave you our opinion on Google. We were surprised that the contract stipulates arriving a little before the rental time given that the shop only opens at the rental time, and indeed, it was useless. The person there leaves his own bike in front of the door, opens it and does not respond to our greeting, nor to that of the other customers besides. The bikes are not ready, not inflated, so we have to wait and leave 15 minutes after the start of the rental but hey... we are provided with two locks but no need for helmets, we have our own. No problem with the equipment. When we return, the person there asks us if we had borrowed helmets, luckily not because he does not check, nor even the condition of the bikes, and tells us that everything is good, that we can go! The rental is convenient thanks to the location and the proximity of the store, but customer service is frankly not great... so the rating is not bad, but not excellent.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?+-
As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.
What delivery options are available?+-
We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
Is rental equipment insured?+-
When you rent equipment from us, you have the option of adding an insurance policy for certain items. This insurance is not systematically included in the rental price. Once you've selected all your equipment, you'll have the option of insuring the products of your choice at the next stage of the booking process. We strongly recommend that you consider this option to ensure that you are adequately covered for the duration of your rental.
