My opinion is very mixed because the service isn't great...they don't always speak to us very well. They say things like, "That's not the way in, the reservations are on the other side..." and then when we arrive at the reservations area and make a reservation... "Oh no, today you shouldn't go to reservations because there aren't many people here" (but there's no indication of this when you arrive). One time I get a red card, the next a black one. There's no kindness when you don't know the basics or the basics of ski and boot equipment; information is given bluntly, like, "Stop pulling like that" (on the other person's boot while trying to help them take it off), "They don't deserve that..." but said quite harshly...not cool.
Not great... It's a shame there's no competition!

Shameful! Outdated and defective equipment! My ski boots were broken and no longer waterproof. The result: pain and soaked feet after just one hour of skiing. Of course, no goodwill gesture, no half-day rate, no discounted price. The price is quite high, which should at least imply recent equipment in good condition!
We really want to contribute to the survival of small, human-scale ski resorts... For that to happen, their shopkeepers need to be... HUMAN. A little more flexible when the only pair of boots they provide in your size is in terrible condition and you come back with soaking wet feet, they should agree, for example, to keep your boots, anything that makes them a little... customer-oriented. It seems like common sense...
